How it works

I am using WhereBy for our (video)call.

1. You receive a confirmation in your Email about our meeting . In the Email is the link to my room in WhereBy.
Below is an example of what an invitation may look like: 

2. To join the meeting, click on the link, which opens a new browser tab (you can also copy & paste the link if clicking doesn’t work) 

3. From here you will be prompted to type in your name that will appear in the room.

4. Once you have confirmed your name, to set up your cam/mic, you will need to click on  Request permissions

5. Then click to allow in the browser pop-up to confirm.

6. After allowing access, you’ll see an image of yourself and if you wish you can disable your cam and/or mic. Once you you are ready, you can click the Join meeting or Knock button to enter the meeting from here!
